Bianca Neal, is the lead artist and founder of H.O.P.E.F.U.L. Art. She created H.O.P.E.F.U.L. Art, which stands for Helping Other People Experience Fulfilling Unlimited Lives through Art because she recognized the impact self-expression can have on emotional development.
Bianca is a visual artist and illustrator. As an educator and writer, Bianca has illustrated 15 children’s books and hosts art workshops for adults and children.
She continues to work with youth and adults to empower lives through art. Her latest works include art in public places.

Bianca Neal will be featured in the 2016 East Austin Studio Tour at The Historic Victory Grill on November 12th & 13th and 19th and 20th. Additionally, she will showcase her work at Six Square in Austin, Texas during the same weekend.
